Project Overview
Stafford County retained Total Stormwater Solutions to develop a comprehensive county-wide stormwater master plan to guide capital investment over the next 50 years. The project included GIS-based asset inventory, condition assessment of 2,000+ structures, hydraulic modeling of the county drainage network, and a prioritized capital improvement program with cost estimates.
